This service is intended for U.S. GEARWRENCH users, if you are a GEARWRENCH distributor with a warranty/replacement concern please contact your Customer Service Representative.

Currently, we are only able to serve those customers residing in the United States through the process outlined below.  However, we are looking to expand this effort to other countries in the future.  If you reside in a country outside of the US we would still be happy to assist you.  Please contact your local GEARWRENCH® Supplier or contact our Customer Service team directly for live customer support 1.866.907.9716 Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm ET.
How the Warranty/Replacement Process Works
Step 1

Fill out the form below with all the required details and click the SUBMIT button.

Step 2

The form below will then be replaced with your confirmation and case number at the bottom of the page.

Step 3

Once submitted you will receive an email from GEARWRENCH® with the same case number as well.

Step 4

Your claim is evaluated, if approved, a replacement order will be picked and shipped as soon as possible.

Step 5

The claim is shipped and an email with tracking information is sent from GEARWRENCH®.
