  • Frequently Asked Questions
What is the benefit of the 120XP™ ratcheting system?
he 120XP™ ratcheting system allows for finer control with a 3-degree arc swing, making it ideal for working in tight spaces where minimal handle movement is possible. This is especially useful for automotive and mechanical tasks.
What type of fasteners is this torque wrench suited for?
This 3/8" drive torque wrench is perfect for smaller to medium-sized fasteners, commonly used in automotive, bicycle, and equipment maintenance where precision is needed.
How does the torque wrench indicate that the desired torque is reached?
This micrometer torque wrench produces an audible "click" along with a tactile sensation to signal that the preset torque has been achieved, preventing over-tightening.
My GEARWRENCH torque wrench is out of warranty, how can I get it repaired?
Our torque products are covered under a 1 year warranty with 90 day calibration guarantee. If your GEARWRENCH torque product is outside of this window and needs to be repaired, please check out our warranty page for our authorized repair centers in the US and Canada.
