I'm Michael Mazzoli torque specialist

for GEARWRENCH and now I'd like to

show you how to take full advantage of

production mode on our ESpec torque wrench.

opening the battery door

exposes the data cable port

so now that you have your ESpec torque wrench

connected to the data management system

you're going to see the serial number

populate in the top left corner

once the serial is populated you'll select

the connect button to download all of the data

with the torque wrench now connected we can view

all of the data from cycles in a complete mode

we can view all the cycles

that we made in simple mode

we can view all the cycles

we made in production mode

the next two tabs allow us to sync a new torque

wrench the next tab allows us to change the data

from a descending order to an ascending order

we can highlight all of our passes and fails

we can export the data to an outside storage

unit next i'll show you how to preset all

of your target values moving over to the

settings tab we're able to update any of

the setting information on the data management

system as well as in the torque wrench itself

and now moving over to the preset tab you'll

see i've already created five specific jobs for

the torque wrench and now we're gonna add

a sixth together so we'll move to the add

new we're only going to leave one

job in a clockwise rotation we're

going to give it a torque plus angle

we're going to measure in foot pounds

searching for a 10 foot pound target

with a angle target of 30 degrees

and now it's created and now that we've created

all of our presets we can go use the torque wrench

in an assembly application where i won't be able

to perform job number two until i've completed job

number one now let's go put it to work so now that

i've shown you how to use our ESpec torque wrench

as well as our data management system you should

feel confident using our ESpec in any setting
